Facilitating the construction of this magnificent example of fine architectural capabilities has been one of our top achievements. This project is among our earliest engagements in the twin cities. The Saudi Pak Tower was constructed in 1991 in Blue Area, Islamabad. It is a twenty-one storey building with a distinctive architecture which makes it a landmark among others in the capital. It appears to be almost windowless and gives it a mighty outlook. The building has been evaluated for its construction quality by some well-known experts of Pakistan including the National Engineering Services Pakistan which commended its fine structural stability and declared it safe for habitation. The SGS Pakistan Private Limited also inspected its elevators and related infrastructure. The building is majorly occupied by corporate offices of national and multinational companies, telecommunication companies, medical facilities, financial groups, etc.
